Our areas of competition include: judge interview, national costume, swimsuit, evening gown and on-stage question.

The 1st. Miss Teen Earth pageant, started on September 15, 2012 at the Espol Auditorium in Guayaquil, Ecuador. 19 contestants competed for the crown. The first winner was María del Cisne Rivera, a 16-year-old model from Ecuador.

Until 2013, the Miss Teen Earth pageant was held in Ecuador. Raisa Velez of Puerto Rico won the crown in this edition.

In 2014, the competition moved to the Central American country of Panama. Stella Velez Iandoli, 14-year-old from Maracay, Venezuela won the coveted title in the pageant held at the Hotel El Panama on October 25, 2014.

In the same year, The Miss Teen Earth Organization received a recognition from the Mayor Office of Panama City, for  promoting environmentally beneficial activities, which included a reforestation program at the Summit Municipal Park, a zoo and tropical botanical garden, refuge of different exotic plants and animals considered endangered.

All the contestants become ambassadors of the environment during the reforestation program in the host country.

It's no secret Latin American women are beautiful. Ecuador's Daniela Cepeda - currently Miss Universe Ecuador - was crowned Miss Teen Earth International 2015 at Panama City, this was the second time that Ecuador took the crown.

On October, 2016, United States won the crown for the first time. Sarah Levandowski of El Paso, Texas, made history by winning the Miss Teen Earth International title at Panama, beating contenders from Mexico, Ecuador, and Paraguay.

In 2017, the Miss Teen Earth pageant returned from Panama to Ecuador, becoming host country for the third time.

Just like every year, the contestants made a city tour and visited main tourists attractions in Guayaquil as "San Marino Shopping", "Malecon 2000" and a new tourist attraction to the existing ones: "La Perla" the first wheel giant and the more high of South America, located in the Simon Bolivar Pier, one of the more emblematic sectors of the city.

The contribution volunteering makes to society is invaluable, this is why our pageant as part of our social service project, we brought together the contestants as a volunteer to visit SOLCA, one of the most important hospitals in America, located in Guayaquil that specializes in childhood cancer to share some gifts to children in treatment.

Brazil wins its first international crown through Emily Garcia in a historic event held in Ecuador on september 3, 2017. "I'm honored to be the very first brazilian to win in the whole history of the Miss Teen Earth pageant", said.
